A dance that brings lightness back to the body

There is nothing more pleasant than allowing your body to move without control, without mirrors or instructions. Turn on calm music or leave complete silence – and allow yourself to dance. Move the way your body wants: slowly, smoothly, perhaps with inclinations or light turns. This is not choreography, but a soft conversation with yourself. Such a practice frees not only the mind, but also the muscles. After 10 minutes you can feel a pleasant warmth in your legs and shoulders, and after a few days of regular practice – ease in lifting, walking and even while cleaning. And all this – without any special equipment, just in your room.
